Fall is my favorite time of year...the anticipation of Thanksgiving and Christmas, combined with the warm scents of cinnamon and warm cookies, make pre-winter months both exciting and full of hope.
In a couple of days we will be sharing a meal with friends and family.

Don't forget to push the cardio this week, and burn those calories so that the holiday week doesn't set you back.

Those fall Pinterest pics are beautiful! Ah, if only my kitchen table ever actually looked that way, haha. There are usually crumbs involved.
ReplyDeleteI'm not upping cardio this week, just sticking with my usual workouts! Actually, the only difference is with no work I have more time to work out so they may be a bit longer if I'm feelin it!

Yes, indeed I do want to continue looking good in my clothes lol. Thanks for the reminder. I do circuit training 3x a week in a small class, and we're not having it Friday. Our trainer was telling us to run or something - gah. I guess I'll muster up the motivation by looking at your pictures!!
