Fall Inspiration

Fall is my favorite time of year...the anticipation of Thanksgiving and Christmas, combined with the warm scents of cinnamon and warm cookies, make pre-winter months both exciting and full of hope.

In a couple of days we will be sharing a meal with friends and family.
What will your Thanksgiving look like?

Sigh. Don't you love Pinterest?

Don't forget to push the cardio this week, and burn those calories so that the holiday week doesn't set you back.

You still want to look good in those tight leather leggings, right?

outfit - black + leather

Or perhaps, a backless dress?

Or, you just want to look dang fine?
 love the color

Fall. Sweater over dress with tights and scarf

 Chanel. {cream}

 diggin the neutral colors

(Can you guess what my favorite colors are???)

Either way, don't neglect your body. It's the only one you have.

  1. Those fall Pinterest pics are beautiful! Ah, if only my kitchen table ever actually looked that way, haha. There are usually crumbs involved.
I'm not upping cardio this week, just sticking with my usual workouts! Actually, the only difference is with no work I have more time to work out so they may be a bit longer if I'm feelin it!

    1. Hi Cait, thanks for visiting! I am a long time fan of yours :) You are lucky that you have a break from work, and smart to use the time to get a good sweat in!

  2. Yes, indeed I do want to continue looking good in my clothes lol. Thanks for the reminder. I do circuit training 3x a week in a small class, and we're not having it Friday. Our trainer was telling us to run or something - gah. I guess I'll muster up the motivation by looking at your pictures!!

    1. Wow that is awesome! Circuit training is amazing...strength and cardio combined totally does the trick :) Thank you for stopping by!

  3. I love that second and third picture, so inspirational for this time of year!

    1. Thank you! I love that picture too...Pinterest definitely inspires the holiday/fall spirit :)
